PAYMENTS

Cross Sportswear offer payments via Klarna Checkout (KCO); Card Payment, Invoice Payment and Bank Transfer. 

All payments are encrypted via Cross PCI certified partner – Klarna. Klarna is certified under the new stricter safety requirement PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Card Payment

Card Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or other payment card listed as alternatives at the time of payment. Card number, card expiry date, CVC code, and for some cards even 3D Secure code is required.

If you pay with credit/debit card, your card will be authorized when you place your order, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.

If your card is not authorized, no charge will appear, and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.

Invoice

When choosing to pay with Klarna (invoice/faktura), an additional invoice fee (fakturaavgift) of 29 SEK will be added to your order. Payments are due within 14 days and the invoice will be sent to you separately by e-mail. In order to qualify to pay on invoice (faktura), you need to have turned 18 years old, pass the credit check at the point of purchase and have Sweden as country of residence (folkbokförd i Sverige).

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

30 days return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received your order.

Return fee

Sweden: Please note that we have a return fee of 49 sek that will be deducted one processing the return.

Rest of Europe: Please note that we have a return fee of €5 that will be deducted once processing the return.

Return process:

If you wish to return an item from your order or your entire order, it is very easy. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Start the return process by entering our return system.
  2. Register your return by typing your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
  3. Click on CONTINUE.
  4. Select the item you wish to return by clicking on RETURN (if you wish to start a claim, please click on CLAIM instead).
  5. Choose if you would like a store credit or a full refund and then fill in the required fields.
  6. If you have more then one item you would like to return, please repeat step 4 and 5.
  7. Once done proceed to the bottom of the page and click on NEXT.
  8. Review your return and if everything is correct click on SUBMIT
  9. You will now receive an email with the return label (does not apply if you made a claim, then we will contact you), please print the return label, put it on the outside of your package and head to your local service point and hand in your package.

Sweden and Finland: You will receive a return label from Postnord, therefore please go to a Postnord service point.

Rest of Europe: You will receive a return label from DPD, therefore please go to a DPD service point.

Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed from the package arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds with card

Once we have received your return we will pay back the money within 14 days. In special cases this can take up to 30 days.

Refunds on invoice (Klarna) 

Log in to Klarna. Click on he invoice you want to manage and “Rapportera retur” (Report return). Then the invoice is paused and you do not have to worry that it will expire while you wait for us to handle your return.

When we have received the package back, we will adjust the invoice and you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email. If you choose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home.

You can easily follow the invoice by logging in to Klarna after you have reported the return.

Exchange items 

You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don’t like and place a new order on www.cross-sportswear.com.

Returning defective products

When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service has handled your return. You may also choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The claim shall be made when you discover the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice, but in certain cases a longer period may apply under applicable law. In case of claims please contact: webshop@cross-sportswear.com, who will arrange for the product to be collected by our courier. If you wish to place another order, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.

For customers subject to Swedish law you have the right to return the product within 36 months.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances outside Cross reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government actions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar occasions, Cross Sportswear obligation to honor the purchase agreement is postponed as long circumstance prevails. If the delay exceeds two months, both you and Cross Sportswear are entitled to terminate the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.

Inaccuracies in stock status

At any inaccuracies in stock status Cross Sportswear correct this. If the item is discontinued or otherwise unavailable Cross is not required to provide the goods but can suggest an alternative. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the product’s exact appearance and characteristics.
